51st Post - Another Sketch Dump

Above we have a little doodle I did up to use up the rest of a page, I just scanned the corner to capture it.

Below, we have another drawing jam. The theme was that of a Renaissance Fair, and I admit, I took a little liberty with the expression.
Har Har.
It only made it that more awesome.


This is a little character I've been drawing a lot of recently, just for fun.







Here we have a little sketch I whipped up, based on a Glen Keane (I believe) drawing.

I wanted to try to figure out the basic construction of
Ze Beast.

Then I shaded the crap out of it with a pencil.

50th Post

Here we have a rough little sketch I did up for a storyboarding assignment. We have to tell a scene with two characters in 5-15 panels, with no dialogue.

I coloured him quickly in Photoshop.

I like his mustache.

47th Post - Brad

Here we have a little doodle I did up of one of my friends, Brad. Intrepret it as you please, screaming amidst a caffeine high, or trying to get a character animated correctly.
Did a quick doodle, then coloured it in Photoshop.
That's about all.

46th Post

Here we have an updated version of my two previous characters from storyboarding, the surfer and the ice cream man. These were whipped up from a base sketch, then put into Photoshop and Illustrator for a quick trace-over and colour job.
That's about all.

45th Post - Speedy Express

My buddy Steve had to do up an alternate intro for the old Superman toon, only with different audio.



He came to me for my lovely voice ( I've been doing a lot of voices for people, lately), and I pitched him a European/German one that he liked and we went with.

Here we have another drawing jam. The subject was Jousting, and the style was The Last Unicorn, which I didn't feel like applying. I had fun with this one nonetheless.
